Delete your Pasiv account

This page applies to the Pasiv desktop app, the Pasiv Companion mobile app and headless pasivd nodes (developer: Pasiv, pasiv.network). A Pasiv account exists only if you chose to sign in with a wallet; using the apps without signing in stores no account server-side.

In the app

Open Pasiv Companion on your phone → Settings → Delete account → confirm. It is immediate: the account and everything listed below are gone as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out.

What it deletes

The account record and wallet link — the public wallet address held by our authentication provider as your account identifier.
Payout addresses stored for pasivd — the USDT or XMR address kept on the account so headless nodes know where to pay you.
Every rig row and command history — each machine synced by Pasiv Cloud (names, hardware summaries, mining state, hashrates, share counts, version info) and every start/stop/update command queued from the phone.
Rig device keys — headless pasivd nodes and desktop fallback keys stop reporting until re-paired.
Team membership — your entry on any team scoreboard. A team you created stays, with no owner.
Your Share & earn code — friends' machines stop paying it within a day.
The analytics person tied to your opaque account id — the one-way hash that let your signed-in events count as one person.

What it cannot delete

Coins already paid to your wallet. They are yours, on chain, and Pasiv never held them.
Records the mining pools hold about your address. Pools pay you directly; they keep their own stats for that address.
Anything on your own machines. The desktop app keeps mining after the account is gone; sign out there if you want it off your account. Uninstalling removes its local data.

By email

If you don't have the phone app, email support@pasiv.network with the subject "Account deletion request" and the public wallet address you sign in with. To confirm the account is yours we may ask you to sign a short verification message with that wallet — never to share a private key or seed phrase. Deletion is done within 7 days and confirmed by reply.

Partial deletion

To remove one rig but keep your account, turn Pasiv Cloud off in that desktop app's settings: the rig is removed from your account and stops syncing.
