Your data
Delete your Pasiv account & data
This page applies to the Pasiv desktop app and the Pasiv Companion mobile app (developer: Pasiv, pasiv.network). A Pasiv account exists only if you chose to sign in with a wallet; using the apps without signing in stores no account server-side.
To delete your account: email support@pasiv.network with the subject "Account deletion request" and the public wallet address you sign in with. To confirm the account is yours we may ask you to sign a short verification message with that wallet — never to share a private key or seed phrase. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account record — the public wallet address held by our authentication provider as your account identifier.
- Your rigs — every machine row synced by Pasiv Cloud: names, hardware summaries, mining state, hashrates, share counts, version info.
- Team membership — your entry on any team scoreboard.
- Command history — start/stop/update commands queued from the companion app.
What we never held
Private keys, seed phrases, funds, and payout addresses are never sent to our servers — mining pools pay your address directly, so there is nothing custodial to delete. Product analytics are anonymous, are not linked to your wallet address, and cannot be connected to a deletion request by design.
Partial deletion
If you want to remove synced rig data but keep your account, say so in the same email — or simply switch off Pasiv Cloud in the desktop app's settings, which stops the sync, and ask us to clear the stored rows.
